Refund Policy 

At GeriCare at Home LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality, compassionate home health services. To maintain fairness and professionalism, please review our refund policy.

Refunds Eligibility

 

Refunds will be granted only under specific conditions:

Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations, or if the provider is unable to deliver the scheduled services. Additionally, if services do not meet expectations and a complaint is lodged within 24 hours, a partial refund may be considered. Please be aware that refunds will not issued for completed services or for no-show appointments.

Services not rendered due to the provider emergency or cancellation:

A full refund will be issued, or rescheduling will be offered as an alternative.

Dissatisfaction with services (must be reported within 24 hrs): Partial refunds may be issued at discretion of GeriCare at Home LLC after review of the complaint.

Nonrefundable situations:

  • The client cancels less than 24 hr notice

  • The client is not home or unavailable at the time of the visit (no-show)

  • Services rendered as scheduled and without issue

  • The client refuses treatment during the visit

  • Prepaid packages or bundles have already started or partially used (unless otherwise agreed).

Prepaid Services

Prepaid appointments or packages are non-refundable once started but may be:

  • Rescheduled with 24-hr notice

  • Transferred to a family member or caregiver upon written request.

Appointments can be rescheduled at no additional cost with at least 24-hr notice. A $25 rebooking fee may apply to reschedule with less than 24-hr notice.

All refund or complaint request must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of the scheduled visit. Please contact:
